We at Ishmeet Creations are committed to make your shopping experience hassle free. Please read the the following terms and conditions for any Exchange/Returns/Cancellations.

Returns are only possible: If you receive a wrong/damaged product. You will have to intimate us within 24 hours and send it back to us along with your order no.We will deliver a fresh article after receiving the damaged product.

Exchange can be done if there is some size issue.You will have to notify/Write to us with in 2 working days/48 hours of the delivery of the product.

Once acknowledged by the team during next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have reverse pickup facility. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Ishmeet Creations will not be responsible for any lost shipment

Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.

Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.

No Exchange or Returns for the Customized orders, orders which are made as per your size.

No exchanges will be made against merchandise which have been altered by the customer.

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse. We can initiate an exchange/store credit or a refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 15 working days.
